Alzheimer's Disease Progress Reports 1996- (Archive)

As the lead Federal agency for Alzheimer's disease research, the National Institute on Aging is responsible for producing a progress report on the research each year. This archive, including progress reports from 1996 to the current report, provides a historical overview of the strides made in NIH-supported Alzheimer's disease research. Please note: The research, treatment, and caregiving information in these reports may no longer be current and may not be appropriate medical practice.

For current information on Alzheimer's disease research at NIH, please see the latest Alzheimer's Disease Progress Report.
